We collect the information needed to run the product: account details, subscription status, extension settings, streak activity, support messages, and basic technical data such as device, browser, and log events.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, confirm subscription access, provide the extension experience, process billing through Stripe, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

AI generation

AI generation is handled through platform-managed providers. You do not provide, store, or manage your own provider API keys in keepgoing.ink.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and application data, Stripe for payments, and platform-managed AI providers for generation. These services process data only for the functions they provide.

Your choices

You can request account deletion or data export by contacting support. Some billing, fraud-prevention, tax, or security records may be retained where required by law or operational necessity.
